Marko
Mićanović Managing Partner mmicanovic@altiscapital.net Marko Mićanović is one of the founding partners of Altis. He served as Commissioner of the Serbian Securities and Exchange Commission and Financial Sector Policy Advisor in the Serbian Ministry of Finance. Mr. Micanovic assumed a number of supervisory board positions including Energoprojekt Holding at present, as well as Serbia & Montenegro Export Credit Agency (2004-2009) and DDOR Novi Sad (2003-2004). Marko is also a Board member and Secretary-Treasurer of AmCham Serbia and a member of the New York Bar. Marko holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law, an LL.B. from the University of Belgrade, and a Diploma in European Studies from AAEN Belgrade. |

Miodrag
Pavlović Miodrag Pavlović is also with Altis from
its inception. He served as Assistant Minister of Finance of
Serbia covering Budget Planning and Local Government
Finances for over 12 years. Previously, he was Deputy
Director of Tax Revenue Agency, and a senior official in the
Government's Payment System Agency.

Miroslav Šarenac Miroslav Šarenac joined Altis after over 10 years
in trading and corporate services. Back in the 1980s, Mr. Sarenac
was Head of the International Operations Department of the National
Bank of Yugoslavia, negotiating the first sovereign debt
rescheduling with a group of leading US banks in 1986, and Deputy
Executive Manager in the International Monetary Fund in Washington
D.C.

Branislav Andjelić Branislav Andjelić was one of the founding partners of Altis. He
has since retired from the partnership, but continues to serve as a
Senior Advisor and to actively manage projects. He founded and led
Serbian National Information Technology and Internet Agency in 2001.
Previously Mr. Andjelić managed large scale communications, media,
engineering and defence projects in Canada, United States, East and
North Africa and the Middle East.

Momo Kijanović Momo Kijanović joined Altis in 2006 after fifteen years with the Tax Revenue Agency, where he left as the Deputy Director. While there, Mr. Kijanović authored parts of the Serbian Tax Code and had overall responsibility for its enforcement. Previously, he was the Director of the Institute for Development and Planning. At Altis, he leads the firm's tax advisory practice. Momo has a B.A. in Economics and an LL.M. in Tax Law from the University of Belgrade, where he also lectures.

Žarko Kecić Žarko Kecić has been with Altis from its inception. He has 20
years experience in science and technology. Mr. Kecić was a Senior
ICT Advisor to the Ministry of Finance, ERP system manager in
Hewlett-Packard, ICT manager for UNMIK and a researcher in the
Center for Atmospheric Research, Lowell, USA.

Aleksandar Popović Aleksandar Popović has been recruited from the university in
2005. He grew with the firm moving from analyst to associate to his
current position. Mr. Popović led teams on major restructuring and
reorganization projects and participated in transactions and tax
advisory assignments. .

Boris Jovanović Boris Jovanović joined Altis in 2008 as an associate. Previously he worked as an analyst in Citadel Financial Advisory. Mr. Jovanović participated in major transactions in the banking, manufacturing, and agriculture sectors, specializing in financial modelling and valuations. Boris has a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Belgrade.

Aleksandar Ilić Aleksandar Ilić joined Altis in 2008 as an associate. Previously he worked as an associate in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and an analyst in the Ministry of Finance, specializing in macroeconomic and market analysis. Mr. Ilić focuses on transactions in the financial services, telecoms, and consumer sectors, covering primarily financial modelling and valuations. Aleksandar has a B.A. in Economics and is an M.A. candidate at the University of Belgrade.

Milena Mićanović Milena Mićanović joined Altis in 2007 upon graduation. Previously she was an intern at Altis and the State Pension Fund, and clerked in the First Municipal Court in Belgrade. Mrs. Mićanović covers primarily transaction structuring and execution, process management, corporate reorganization, and corporate governance issues. Milena has an LL.B from Union University in Belgrade and is an MBA candidate at FEFA, Singidunum University.

Dragan Pejčić Dragan Pejčić joined Altis in 2010 after seven years of service as a Marketing and Research Advisor and FDI Advisor at the Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA). At his previous posts, Mr. Pejcic was primarily involved in the investment project advisory, as well as in the investment and export promotion. Mr. Pejčić also worked as a Teaching Assistant of Strategic Management at the University of Belgrade until 2002 Dragan has an B.A. in Economics from the University of Belgrade and is an MBA candidate at Cotrugli Business School.

Stefan Popović Stefan Popović has been with Altis from its inception. Previously he worked for Berlitz in New York. Mr. Popović was engaged on major restructuring and reorganization projects, as well as due diligence and data room management on numerous transactions. Stefan has a BBA from Binghamton University, New York.

Miroslava Martać Miroslava Martać was recruited by Altis in 2007 straight from the university. She interned with the Economics Institute, Dil Broker and Altis. Ms. Martać specialized in business planning, financial modelling and valuations, as well as financial institutions analysis. Miroslava has a B.Sc. in Organizational Sciences from the University of Belgrade. She is an M.Sc. candidate at the University of Belgrade.

Jelena Zakonović Jelena Zakonović joined Altis in 2007 while still at the
university. Mrs. Zakonović worked on macroeconomic analysis,
business plans, projections and valuations. |
